McAlister-Leftwich House offers flexible corporate event rental options based on the day, time, and duration of your event. Partial rentals includeone hour for setup, two hours for event time, and one hour for breakdown. Additional hours are available for $250/hour.

McAlister-Leftwich House can accommodate up to 300 guests depending on the event layout and use of indoor and outdoor spaces. Smaller board meetings and executive gatherings can also be hosted in more intimate rooms.
Partial daytime and evening rentals are available Monday through Thursday. Full-day rentals are available Friday through Sunday, with weekend dates reviewed by request based on availability.
Partial daytime rentals start at $1,000 for a four-hour rental. Evening partial rentals start at $2,500. Board rooms are available for $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Full-day rentals start at $4,500 depending on the day of the week.
Depending on the selected package, rentals may include tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, setup and breakdown, access to selected event spaces, and linens in some packages. Catering and bar packages are available at an additional cost.
